Beloved,

The household of faith in Word Fountain extends God's love and blessings to all in Jesus' name. We bless the name of the Lord for His unfailing mercies and blessings (including instructions and corrections, visitations and habitations). We bring you precious greetings from the leaders, men, women, youths and children of Word Fountain.

Merry Christmas!
Once again we give voice to the Herald of Angels "Glory to God in the Highest and on earth peace!" (Luke 2:14) When the earth gives God glory for who He is and what He does, the earth receives peace in return. I pray that you will learn the secret of giving God glory all the days of your life.

If you limit God based on the size of your needs, you miss out on His capacity to do the seemingly impossible. Think about Mary's position - she was limited in her capacity to have a child when she had no husband or 'knew any man'. However, she recognised that God's word is the best seed that anyone could receive for any need. She responded by faith "Be it unto me according to your word! I pray that you will give God's word capacity to act in your life and on your behalf in Jesus' name. Has God spoken a word to you or over your life in 2008? This is your opportunity to wrap your faith around the word as Mary wrapped her child in swaddling clothes for all to behold! Look up for your redemption is near.

2009 Highlights
I rejoice with those who pay attention to and live by God's word. Jesus said to Satan in Matthew 4:4 "Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds out of God's mouth! If you have always lived by bread and for bread (material things), how will you respond to the 'global financial mop up operation'? Without mincing words, the heart of many shall fail them for the scale of distress that is going on.

The world is on the verge of a new dispensation. The return of the King of kings is imminent. God is calling His children out of destitution into destiny. He is realigning their focus from the things that distract and deceive so that they can focus on the purpose and will of God for their lives. God is moving His people from focusing on 'calendar year to covenant year'. We do not just turn the calendar over, we also need to turn our lives over to God. For those who have not noticed, 2008 has been a typical leap year. However, for those who sought the Lord, they were made to 'leap over walls and run through the troops'. We give God the glory in Jesus' name. If you missed out on God's quality of peace in 2008, you can not afford to be out of covenant in 2009 (read Proverbs 1:20 - 33). If you are in covenant, I pray that God will keep you from falling by His Spirit and word (Psalm 119:33 - 50). Do not live in the fringes of the covenant.

I pray that God will count you worthy to escape the distress that is upon the world (Lk 21:36). However, the Bible challenges us to walk worthy of God's calling. Let us ask God to increase the light that shines through us in Jesus' name. Spiritual light does not pollute it purifies. Let us increase its intensity. God wants His children to increase their 'Holy Ghost emissions' and 'evangelistic footprints' as they reduce carbon footprints!

We thank God for our members and friends who relocated to various places and nations in 2008. We ask that God will continue to keep you in His love. We appreciate all the leaders and members who laboured in the vineyard. We pray that they will not miss their reward in Jesus' name.

We extend our appreciation to Apostle George and Pastor Grace Akalonu of Arise Ministries and International Ministers Fellowship for their fatherly counsel, apostolic covering, prayers and blessings on Word Fountain. We appreciate the leaders and members of International Ministers Fellowship. We appreciate every guest minister from the UK, Europe and Africa who allowed God to use them to bless us. We pray that everyone will remain steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in God's love. We thank God for growing 'friends of Word Fountain'.
